Harry brings over 20+ years of expertise and knowledge to the firm as a Business Advisor and Mentor. His passion is to assist business owners grow, sustain and profit from their business and move toward their goals and outcomes, ultimately leading to their financial and lifestyle desires.

After working for Bell Partners in Sydney for 7 years, mentored by Anthony Bell, Harry opened the doors to the Norwest office in 2010 to better serve the clientele located throughout the growing North and South West regions of Sydney. Initially focusing on Accounting and Taxation advice, Harry quickly expanded their services to offer a holistic approach for businesses and individuals alike with their Business Advisory and Wealth Management services.

Business Advisor

Joy is one of Bell Partners Business Advisors and assists clients in achieving overall success in their business. Her expertise lies in helping businesses grow in respect to taxation compliance, business and financial management, business structuring, tax planning, performance improvement and succession planning.

Working mainly with small businesses and high net wealth families, Joy builds trusted relationships and assists in addressing any day-to-day issues they may face, along with providing strategic and practical advice to ensure that larger issues are dealt with in a timely manner.

While Joy certainly loves her job, if you were to ask her what her biggest achievement is, she’ll proudly say being a mum to her two young boys.

Business Advisor

As our 2022 Bell Partners Norwest Employee of the year, it’s a pleasure having Pamela on the team. Her skills and expertise lie in ensuring you minimise your taxation obligations, lodging your tax returns, Business Activity Statements (BAS), Instalment Activity Statements (IAC) and providing advice and setting up of different business structures.

Pamela takes an individual approach to her accounting and advisory services and is passionate about ensuring her clients receive the best possible service and outcome to achieve not only their financial goals, but their lifestyle goals too.

Pamela moved to Australia in 2013 from the Philippines without family and has developed a close group of friends who she enjoys spending time with. During her spare time she also enjoys reading, participating in agility training with her dog, Freedom, and is currently DIY renovating her home. Aside from her Accounting qualifications, Pamela also holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Food Technology and prior to switching careers to Accounting she worked as a Food Quality Assurance Technician.

Accountant and Tax Advisor

When it comes to Taxation Advice, Kevin is our resident expert. Taking a holistic approach to taxation planning, Kevin assists clients in legally minimising their tax liabilities. His tailored approach to your specific set of circumstances allows him to develop clear and structured strategies in order to optimise your taxation position, year after year.

Kevin holds a Masters in Accounting, though prior to launching his Accounting career he studied Journalism and worked for almost 2 years as a journalist writing website commentary articles for The People’s Daily, the largest newspaper in China.

Being active is important to Kevin and he regularly participates in Bouldering Basketball and Table Tennis.

Accountant and Tax Advisor

Aline is another Accountant and Tax Advisor on the Bell Partner team who commenced with us in 2021. As a Chartered Accountant, her strengths lie in preparing Income Tax Returns, BAS and bookkeeping for our clients.

Aline has experience in accounting and taxation planning for small to medium businesses and individuals along with commercial accounting experience while working for a number of listed companies. Her bookkeeping experience has allowed her to ease into her accounting career and she loves helping the team meet client expectations together and making sure clients are satisfied.

While Aline would love to relax on the weekend, most of her time is spent being Uber Mum taking her children to their sporting activities.

A cautionary note, Aline is hearing impaired and knows how to lip read!

Accountant and Tax Advisor

A recent graduate, having completed his Bachelor of Commerce - Professional Accounting with a Bachelor of Applied Finance. Eager to apply the lessons he has learnt from his studies to real life situations and everyday use, Justin assists our team with taxation planning and advice for individuals and businesses.

Staying up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations ensures Justin develops the knowledge and skills to handle a wide range of tax matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance every step of the way for his clients.

Justin has a passion for basketball and plays competitively each week. He also enjoys dining out with friends and family.

Client Services & Personal Assistant to Harry Edwards

Frances joined Bell Partners in 2016 and is head of our Client Services Division. Her role is to provide administrative support to management and other employees and to ensure our client’s receive an exceptional experience right from the first interaction they have with us.

As the firm began to grow, Frances commenced as Personal Assistant to our Managing Director, Harry Edwards. Her primary role is to ensure Harry’s workday runs smoothly by assisting him with diary management, schedules and other tasks. If you wish to book an appointment with Harry, you’ll likely speak with Frances.

Outside of work, Frances is a busy mum to 3 children. She loves exploring our beautiful country and spending time with her family. Frances is a qualified hairdresser and prior to commencing with Bell Partners she worked in a salon managing clients, salon schedules and cutting and styling client’s hair.
